Shipping Policy
Against each product on website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided which are merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors.
In Order to get an accurate estimate of shipment time,kindly email the order number or item codes.

As far as possible, product orders shall be processed within 48-72 hours of the NR12 BRANDS Marketing Pvt.Ltd.Expected shipment time is 5-7 business days,all other factors being optimum.
Transit Risk
All orders sent by NR12 BRANDS Marketing Pvt.Ltd are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.
In case of loss of order while ‘in transit’,NR12 BRANDS Marketing Pvt.Ltd shall re-process the order.
Tracking of Shipment
NR12 BRANDS Marketing Pvt.Ltd shall provide details of shipment via email alerts to the customer,once package is handed across to the carrier agency.The email alerts shall contain the transport/courier agency’s website details along with tracking number and expected date of delivery.The customer may use the said details to keep a check on status of the package.
Please note that tracking numbers for orders shipped may take up to 24 business hours to become active .

In Case of Delays
Time to mentioned on our website against each item is indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control,delays may occur.No refund,returns,replacement and exchange will be entertained for this reason.
However benefits such as some store credit to be used for future orders, free gift etc can be allowed on case to case basis.
If,for any reason,there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order,we will notify you by e-mail.

However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it.We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
Prepaid order will be delivered in 3-5 business days and COD will be delivered 5-7 business days.
Returns

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM-On receipt , in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that NR12 BRANDS may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact NR12 BRANDS at customercare@nr12brandsshop.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the NR12 BRANDS regarding the same.
In case of any other complaints, email NR12 BRANDS at customercare@nr12brandsshop.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from NR12 BRANDS for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, NR12 BRANDS does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
The email should contain comprehensive details / Complaints of the single order / package delivery . Please note that NR12 BRANDS Shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations , on the basis of the customer's emails.
While returning the defective product , kindly mark the package as 'DEFECTIVE RETURNS'.

Cancellation Policy
What is NR12 BRANDS MARKETING PVT.LTD cancellation policy?
We, at NR12 BRANDS, are committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable and rewarding. In the rare event that you are not satisfied with what you ordered, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of order placement. This includes items purchased on sale as well.
After 24 hours of order placement, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you can initiate a return upon receiving the item(s).
Can i cancel part of the order?
If you have ordered more than one item, it is possible to cancel part of your order with item/item(s) provided that the order was placed within 24 hours of cancellation.
How do i cancel an order?
Visit the 'My Orders' page and click 'view order' against the order you wish to cancel. You can now see the item(s) you have ordered and click 'Cancel This Item' against the product(s) of your choice. Complete the cancellation form and submit your request. You will then see a cancellation acknowledgment on the web page and receive an email confirming the cancellation.
I just canceled my order. when will i receive the refund?
You can’t get amount refund, instead you can exchange the product you need from our shopping link.
