The winner of the lucky draw will be drawn randomly, and an announcement will be made over online via Social Media Apps ( YouTube, Facebook or any other media), after which we will call/ Whats app, email or SMS to the registered contact number of the winners for their confirmation to claim the eligible prize.

LTD control makes it necessary to do so.

THE DRAW:

​

1. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a guest on live show.

2. Customer details customer name, customer number, customer id are filled on the coupon and are shown on live while depositing in the designated draw boxes.

3. Draw Live and Winners List will be displayed online (YouTube, Facebook or any other media). Live link will be shared to all the customers of NR 12 BRANDS before one week of the draw.

 

CONDITIONS:

 

1. Winner will pay TDS & GST as per Income Tax Laws.

2. Winners of Car & Bike shall pay Life Tax, Road Tax, Insurance and other taxes as applicable.

3. The winner should redeem their prizes within 15 days from the date of draw.

4. While redeeming the Gift, customer has to show the original bill, voucher and identity proof.

5. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on winner’s part to allow the use of winner name, image by NR 12 BRANDS MARKETING PVT. LTD  for advertising, promotional, marketing or other purpose without further compensation or notification except where prohibited by law.

6. By accepting the lucky draw, you acknowledge what you have read, understand and agree the Terms & conditions of NR 12 brands schemes.

7. Company will never ask for any OTP, If any one request you for OTP,  don’t  share any OTP.  Sharing your OTP can lead you into a series of trouble including financial losses, unauthorized access of your private information.Company is no where responsible for any of these loss or disputes
